Becoming A Young & Successful Adult Mentor

• Be featured on our website as a trusted mentor that youth can reach out to for guidance
• Commit to mentoring at least one mentee within our program
• Engage in 1–5 hours per month of meaningful conversations with teens interested in learning about your industry, passions, and life experiences
• Help mentees set and achieve personal, academic, and career goals 

As a volunteer mentor, you will also have access to:

• Invitations to Career Building, Vision Board, and NYC networking events
• Opportunities to connect with industry professionals and community leaders
• A supportive mentor community that fosters growth and collaboration 
• The opportunity to make your own small groups and connect with other young adults in your area
